Chin-Hu Fishery started its business as an aquaculture and seafood processing company, and it never stops enlarging its lines of business ever since it was founded in 1950. In consequence, it established ‘Golden Real Seafood Processing Plant’ in Chiayi, 2010, which covers an area of 162,000 square feet and equipped with Ultra Low Temperature Seafood Quick Freezing Machine. The productions are based on automation and firmly controlled by computer system. Golden Real Seafood Processing Plant takes the key position of quality control in Chin-Hu Fishery; it is the implementation of Chin-Hu Fishery’s quality philosophy – ‘Freshness, Brand and innovation’.
